Yes - choose Pick Up at checkout and collect from our store at Blakeview Shopping Centre, Blakeview SA. We'll email you when your order is ready, usually the same day.

Standard shipping is $12 and Express is $15, Australia wide. Orders over $150 ship free. Most orders leave the store within 1 business day.

Yes. New release Pokemon and other hot products are limited to 1 per customer so more collectors get a fair go. The limit is enforced automatically at checkout.

Yes - pre-order items are marked on the product page with an approximate arrival date. Pre-orders bought with in-stock items ship together once everything arrives; place separate orders if you want in-stock items sent first.

We do - Combat Patrol boxes, miniatures, paints and tools. If you're starting your first army, come in store and we'll walk you through it.

Add a note at checkout and we'll wrap it for free. Tell us the occasion and we'll pick the paper to match.

Contact us within 10 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll replace or refund it promptly.

Unopened product in original condition can be returned within 30 days. Once opened, sealed trading card product can't be returned.
